Job Summary: We are seeking an Economics or Business Administration intern to support planning and data analysis, with a focus on financial and operational KPIs. Key Highlights: 1. Prepare performance reports and dashboards We are looking for an Economics or Business Administration intern to support the planning and data analysis department, with a focus on **developing, monitoring, and analyzing KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)**. **Responsibilities** Support the definition and construction of financial and operational KPIs Collect, organize, and analyze economic and financial data Prepare performance reports and dashboards Monitor indicators and propose improvements; support cost and performance analyses Collaborate with internal departments to develop and format indicators. **Requirements** Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Economics or Business Administration, preferably from the 3rd semester onward. Intermediate proficiency in **Excel** Interest in data analysis and performance indicators Analytical thinking and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills **Preferred Qualifications** Knowledge of Power BI or similar tools Basic understanding of statistics and economic analysis Prior experience with indicators or analytical reporting Availability for on-site work
