The company stands out for its expertise in serving small and medium-sized enterprises. **Responsibilities:** Execute the new employee onboarding process, including collecting and validating required documents, registering data in internal systems, and interacting with government agencies. Prepare and review employee payroll, ensuring accurate calculation of salaries, deductions, and benefits. Monitor employee timekeeping records, verifying attendance and hours worked. Administer employee benefits, such as transportation allowance, meal vouchers, health insurance, among others.
