Identify improvements in financial processes and controls **Responsibilities** Manage the local finance team, ensuring organized operations and professional development. Provide technical and operational support to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Cash Flow areas, ensuring accurate and timely execution. Monitor, follow up on, and guide demands from local teams, ensuring adherence to processes and performance indicators (KPIs). Supervise and validate vehicle billing, financial closing, cash flow control, and preparation of management reports, ensuring reliable information for decision-making. Identify opportunities for process and control improvement, proposing corrective and preventive actions to enhance operational efficiency. Conduct periodic visits to regional units to provide guidance, align procedures, and foster team integration. Support management and executive leadership in defining strategies and standardizing regional financial practices. **Requirements** Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, or Accounting. Proven experience in financial process management, with focus on billing, cash flow, and KPI monitoring. Experience managing teams, with ability to provide support and conduct follow-ups firmly, collaboratively, and respectfully. Prior experience in medium-sized companies.
