Analysis of results and continuous feedback Requirements to work here: § Enjoy customer service § Organize the reception workflow What we require: § Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree § Experience in customer reception § Residency in Jundiaí and surrounding areas § Availability to work from Monday to Saturday * Supervise the reception team, clarifying doubts, identifying and evaluating potential difficulties, and following up on pending tasks; * Monitor customer waiting times at reception and other departments (e.g., sample collection, ultrasound, cardiology), intervening when necessary; * Conduct periodic meetings with receptionists to ensure information alignment and proper customer service; * Engage and support the reception team in achieving their goals; * Monitor the customer journey and conduct post-service follow-up, resolving all related questions and concerns; * Provide feedback to the reception team and conduct or request training sessions; * Encourage and monitor Google and NPS survey distribution by the reception team; * Analyze survey results, address raised issues, and escalate matters requiring other departments; * Daily monitoring of billing, verifying errors and requesting corrections; * Check reception organization and cleanliness, taking action when necessary;
