The professional will be responsible for coordinating the company's accounting, financial, and tax management, ensuring accuracy and compliance of information, as well as achievement of established financial goals. The Controller will play an essential role in strategic decision-making, focusing on cost optimization and performance analysis. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and supervise accounting, treasury, and controller functions. * Conduct financial planning, monitoring cash flow, budget, and corporate performance indicators. * Analyze and review financial and accounting reports, identifying variances and proposing corrective actions. * Support the development of strategic plans and financial goals, ensuring alignment with company objectives. * Implement and improve financial processes and internal controls to increase efficiency and reduce risks. * Monitor and ensure compliance with tax and fiscal legislation. * Coordinate monthly and annual accounting closings, ensuring accuracy of financial information. * Provide detailed analyses to senior management and other company departments to support decision-making. * Manage relationships with external auditors and ensure audit regularity.
