Description

Provide client services for the firm across various matters, focusing on document analysis, drafting procedural filings, supporting negotiations, and structuring strategies to maximize case success and mitigate risks, while ensuring compliance with legal regulations, contributing to the achievement of defined goals and legal security; act as a negotiator and conflict resolver, guaranteeing clear and efficient resolution with consistent focus on results; additionally, participate in multiple stages of judicial proceedings—from contract analysis and drafting to representing clients in judicial and administrative proceedings—aiming to mitigate risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver optimal legal solutions that maximize returns on client matters. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage and monitor requests for deadline extensions and case closures due to non-compliance within the case portfolio. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience as a legal controller; * Completed undergraduate degree in Law, with active registration at the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); postgraduate qualifications in Civil Procedure, Labor Procedure, or Labor Law are preferred, or specialization in areas such as Corporate Law, Contract Law, or Civil Law; * Minimum of six months’ experience in law firms or corporate legal departments; advanced knowledge of Civil Law and Civil Procedure Law, with emphasis on drafting procedural filings and contractual analysis; negotiation and conflict resolution skills; ability to work collaboratively; and excellent oral and written communication; * Knowledge of Civil and Procedural Law, legal research, drafting and preparation of procedural filings, deadline and case management, negotiation skills, and professional ethics.
