Job Summary:
Professional responsible for preparing financial reports, controlling costs, monitoring accounts, conducting audits, and managing assets, with a focus on optimization and compliance.

**Job Responsibilities:**
* Prepare periodic financial reports, highlighting performance indicators and results by department as well as overall results.
* Control operational costs, ensuring adherence to the budget and proposing adjustments when necessary.
* Rigorously monitor the entire accounts receivable and accounts payable process, verifying invoices, service orders, and all commitments affecting the Association's account balances.
* Monitor the budget by comparing planned versus actual expenditures and identifying variances. Monitor the accounting and tax audit processes.
* Collaborate with the Procurement Department to manage asset capitalization and maintain the fixed asset register.
* Understand and monitor the inventory department through routine inbound and outbound goods tracking.
* Support weekly cash bag reconciliation. Support third-party damage reimbursement processes.
* Understand and monitor cost centers across departments, proposing improvements for financial management.
* Comply with and ensure compliance with the Association's bylaws, internal policies, and other guidelines.
* Strictly comply with and enforce applicable laws, as well as the Association's policies and guidelines.
**Mandatory Requirements:**
* Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance Management.
* Experience with ERP systems. Basic knowledge of financial subsystems (accounting, taxation, costing, etc.), as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Contract
Compensation: R$1.610,55 - R$2.900,00 per month
