We seek a committed individual with strong analytical skills, proactivity, hands-on attitude, results orientation, and the ability to translate numbers into strategy. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead and structure the company’s financial processes (accounts payable/receivable, cash flow management, bank reconciliation, etc.); * Develop, monitor, and review the annual budget and financial planning (forecast); * Build managerial reports and financial KPIs to support decision-making; * Conduct project feasibility analysis, pricing, and margin control; * Support contract management and negotiations with suppliers and investors; * Ensure tax, accounting, and fiscal compliance with external partners; * Collaborate closely with business units to ensure financial sustainability and scalable growth; * Participate in strategic discussions with executive leadership. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience in finance, preferably within scaling companies or startups; * Experience in controllership and FP&A; * Knowledge of budget management, managerial income statements (DRE), KPIs, and financial modeling; * Knowledge of accounting and taxation; * Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, advanced Excel, and financial management systems; * Prior experience in fundraising (investment rounds, debt financing, etc.). **Additional Information** **Employment Type:** * PJ – Fully remote **Benefits:** * Cost-of-living allowance * Profit-sharing program (PLR) per current policy * Paid leave * Birthday day off * Short Friday * 3-year passport * Maternity and paternity leave **WHY JOIN GEDANKEN?** At Gedanken, we believe that **sustainable results stem from authentic relationships**—with clients and with people.
