The candidate will be responsible for organizing, controlling, and structuring the company’s financial operations, ensuring cash flow predictability, budgetary control, and delinquency management. This is a strategic role, ideal for candidates who have previously worked in technology companies, startups, or high-growth organizations. End-to-end management of accounts payable and accounts receivable. Bank reconciliation and daily financial control. Design and monitoring of projected cash flow. Budgetary control and cost center analysis. Proactive collection from delinquent clients and follow-up on negotiations. Financial management of contracts with suppliers and clients (terms, adjustments, and due dates). Preparation of managerial reports and support to executive leadership in decision-making. **Requirements** -------------- Proven experience in finance. Mandatory proficiency in Conta Azul accounting software. Advanced Excel skills (forecasting, analysis, and data consolidation). Experience with projected cash flow and budgetary control. Experience in collections and delinquency management. Knowledge of tax legislation applicable to day-to-day finance operations. Organized, autonomous profile, comfortable in dynamic environments. **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------- Experience in technology companies or startups. Experience building financial processes from scratch. Experience in financial contractual management.
