Organization and filing of tax documents **REQUIREMENTS** Currently pursuing a degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Financial Management; Advanced Excel skills; Experience with ERPs and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Totvs, Omie, Conta Azul); Knowledge of tax and fiscal legislation. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Updating financial control spreadsheets; Organizing documents and files; Supporting simple reconciliations and financial postings; Customer and supplier support for financial clarifications; Assisting with invoice and transport document (CTE) verification; Data entry into the system; Organization and filing of tax documents; Operational support.
