Dynamic environment focused on document organization and traceability Responsibilities and Duties Organize, verify, and digitize fiscal and financial documents related to projects; Prepare accountability spreadsheets and reports according to requirements specified in public notices, agreements, and contracts; Monitor the schedule of deadlines for submitting accountability reports; Control and archive invoices, receipts, and payment confirmations; Support the accounting and finance department in reconciling project expenses and revenues; Respond to requests from internal and external audits; Perform entries and verifications in the financial management system; Ensure standardization and traceability of supporting documents. Requirements and Qualifications Experience and Qualifications: Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields; Experience with financial routines; Advanced Excel proficiency.
