Teamwork with kitchen and bar We are conducting recruitment for a renowned hotel restaurant located on Beira Mar. Here, service is experience. **Key Responsibilities** * Deliver excellent and courteous customer service * Present the menu, recommend dishes and beverages (active selling) * Ensure dining room organization and cleanliness * Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards * Support setup and organization of events * Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams * Safeguard the customer experience from beginning to end **Requirements** * ***Experience as a waiter, preferably in restaurants or hotels*** * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor * Agility and organizational ability * Aptitude for working with targets and sales * Availability to work on a rotating 6x1 schedule * Working hours: **2:50 PM to 11:00 PM** **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in hospitality service * Knowledge of wines and wine service * Experience in high-traffic environments Employment Type: Full-time CLT Benefits: * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy * Meal voucher * Meals provided at the hotel * Hotel covers 30% of health and dental insurance premiums. * Birthday Day Off.
