




Schmersal Brasil is seeking candidates for the position of External Sales Representative to work in the Northeast region (states of Pernambuco and Alagoas) **Mission:** Responsible for **attending to and prospecting clients on-site**, identifying technical and commercial needs in order to propose **safe and profitable solutions**. Conducts **technical visits, project assessments, and proposal preparations**, ensuring optimal cost\-benefit and strengthening customer relationships. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and conduct sales visits according to each client's potential, consulting records, quotations, and pending matters, in order to identify and capitalize on current or future business opportunities. * Define sales targets based on analysis of previous results by region and client, establishing realistic growth projections per product line aligned with corporate goals. * Update and maintain customer records, registering information gathered during visits and forwarding reports to the sales team, ensuring accurate data and facilitating future interactions. * Prospect new clients and opportunities, presenting the Schmersal portfolio in a consultative and technical manner tailored to the needs of each segment. * Monitor sales performance indicators and results, ensuring target achievement and providing strategic information for sales management. * Collaborate with internal departments such as Application Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Service to ensure integrated support, comprehensive solutions, and brand strengthening in the market. **Requirements:** Technical or higher education: Electrical, electro-electronic or mechatronic engineering. Desired experience of 2 to 4 years in the same role or similar function, preferably in: internal sales, electrical and electronic maintenance, or commercial roles focused on automation or electrical sectors.
