




Job Summary: Customer service professional responsible for handling leasing contracts, prospecting, and operational support, ensuring excellence in customer relationships. Key Highlights: 1. Operational and logistical support for equipment delivery and returns Serve customers at the counter, via phone, and through the CRM system, providing warm and high-quality service. Execute leasing contracts to assist customers throughout all phases of their construction projects while maintaining excellent relationships with the store's customer portfolio. Update systems, conduct prospecting, activate and register new customers, prepare quotations and contracts, manage after-sales activities, and provide operational customer support. Verify daily deliveries with logistics, assist supervision with billing and collections. Perform technical deliveries and verify returned equipment at the store.
