Lead and develop the administrative, academic, and commercial teams. Ensure excellence in student service (in-person and digital). Supervise and ensure the quality of academic processes. Monitor campus performance indicators, goals, and results. Prepare reports and action plans for continuous improvement. Support commercial activities, student recruitment, and sales performance. Ensure compliance with institutional regulations and audit requirements. Serve as the liaison between the campus and internal departments. Previous experience as Campus Coordinator, Campus Manager, Campus Leader, or Operations Supervisor may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
