Join our team through Techno Supply's Internal Sales School, a comprehensive training program designed to develop individuals with or without prior sales experience who wish to build a solid professional career in sales. During the first three months, the Trainee will undergo an intensive and structured training program, learning from the basics—such as how the company and market operate—to advanced consultative selling techniques and technical knowledge about our products. The goal is for the Trainee to be fully prepared by the end of the program to work independently and efficiently as an Entry-Level Salesperson. **Requirements** High school diploma (or currently pursuing higher education/technical degree); No prior sales experience required; Good communication skills and genuine willingness to learn; Interest in technology, innovation, and consultative customer service; Proactivity, curiosity, and commitment to continuous development. Skills developed during the program Clear and empathetic communication Active listening and solution-focused mindset Organization and self-management Collaboration and teamwork Results orientation and constant learning Proficiency in Microsoft Office **What We Offer:** * Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 07:35 to 17:30, with one-hour break; Friday from 07:40 to 17:00, with one-hour break. * Meal Allowance * Transportation Voucher * Medical Plan * Dental Plan * Pharmacy Discount Program * Group Life Insurance * Salary: BRL 2,112.81 * Day Off ***Phase 1 – Sales School (1st to 3rd month)*** **Objective:** Train the Trainee from scratch, developing technical, sales, and behavioral skills. **Main learning and practice activities:** * Institutional knowledge * Understanding Techno Supply’s history, values, and culture; * Learning the organizational chart and internal operations; * Understanding the role of the sales team and its integration with other departments. * Technical knowledge * Comprehensive study of products, portfolio, solutions, and services (industrial automation, machine safety, predictive maintenance, temperature monitoring, and drone inspections); * Identifying customer profiles and served market segments; * Learning about average deal size, margins, and technical and commercial differentiators. * Sales knowledge * Learning Techno Supply’s sales process: prospecting, qualification, outreach, follow-up, closing, and after-sales; * Studying consultative selling techniques, overcoming objections, and persuasive communication; * Practical training through roleplays, customer service simulations, and analysis of real cases. * Tools and systems * Training on CRM, control spreadsheets, ERP, and digital tools; * Best practices for recording, organizing, and tracking sales opportunities. * Behavioral development * Professional conduct, time management, teamwork, and resilience; * Participation in mentoring sessions, weekly feedback, and progress evaluations. **Expected outcome:** By the end of the 3rd month, the Trainee should have full knowledge of the company's portfolio, processes, and systems, mastering the technical and behavioral foundations to begin supervised sales activities. ***Phase 2 – Sales Ramp-Up (4th to 6th month)*** **Objective:** Apply learned knowledge in practice, with performance goals and close monitoring. **Main activities:** * Begin handling real leads under supervision; * Execute the complete sales process with leadership guidance; * Update the CRM with opportunities, proposals, and results; * Participate in sales meetings and performance reviews; Achieve ramp-up targets (e.g., number of contacts, proposals sent, conversions).
