




Job Summary: Supervises the sales team in the fashion/apparel segment, monitors targets, develops strategies, trains the team, and works on customer retention. Key Highlights: 1. Train, motivate, and develop the sales team Textile Sales Supervisor Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays – 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Salary: R$ 3.500,00 to R$ 4.500,00 + Bonus + Transportation Allowance (VT) + Meal Voucher (VR) Responsibilities: * Supervise internal and/or external sales teams (representatives and telesales) in the fashion/apparel segment; * Monitor sales targets, performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure achievement of commercial objectives; * Develop sales strategies and action plans to expand the customer portfolio (wholesale and retail); * Train, motivate, and develop the sales team, promoting alignment with brand identity and factory standards; * Maintain spreadsheet control, generate commercial reports, and analyze performance by product, region, or customer; * Participate in executive meetings, proposing improvements to commercial processes; * Monitor promotional activities, new collection launches, and market trends in the fashion industry; * Focus on B2B customer retention and opening new sales channels. Requirements: * Proven experience as a sales supervisor in textile manufacturing, apparel, or fashion industries; * Proficiency in people management, goal setting, and commercial performance metrics; * Proficiency in spreadsheets and reporting (Intermediate to Advanced Excel); * Experience in wholesale sales or commercial representation is preferred; * Completed high school education (a college degree is a plus). Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
