Job Summary: Lead the sales team, ensuring achievement of commercial targets, monitoring performance, and providing sales training and support to employees, as well as visiting potential customers and proposing local marketing initiatives. Visiting potential customers and proposing marketing initiatives * Lead the store's sales team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment; * Monitor and ensure sales staff meet their commercial targets; * Monitor store sales performance, analyze performance metrics, and propose improvements; * Provide sales training and support to sales staff; * Conduct training sessions for employees focused on customer service and sales. * Visit potential customers. * Propose local marketing initiatives. Desirable knowledge of computer skills, especially Excel.
