**About Movida**
Movida (MOVI3\) is a car rental company providing innovative urban mobility solutions for every need. As the pioneer in offering services such as monthly rentals for individuals, in-car Wi-Fi, pre-payment, and social media chatbots, it became the first car rental company in Brazil to expand beyond vehicles—helping revolutionize the national car rental industry. Attuned to modern times, Movida invests in sustainability: it was the world’s first publicly listed car rental company to earn B Corporation Certification, joining an elite group of companies whose business models prioritize socio-environmental development. In Brazil, it launched Carbon Free—the first program of its kind among local rental companies—to neutralize CO2 emissions generated by customer rentals.
Since entering the market in 2006, Movida was acquired by JSL in 2013 and went public in February 2017. Today, it operates as part of SIMPAR S.A. With an innovative profile and strong corporate governance, it serves both retail customers through car rentals and corporate clients via fleet outsourcing, as well as selling used vehicles. Following significant investments over the past four years, Movida now manages a fleet exceeding 268,000 vehicles, operates 259 car rental locations, and maintains 89 used-vehicle sales points.
