Team development and store management Provide customer service by delivering reliable advice and excellent service to store customers, demonstrating extensive product knowledge and experience in automotive repair and testing, offering technical consultation when necessary, with a service-oriented attitude that exceeds customer expectations. In addition to performing sales, assist in managing product displays, ensuring store appearance and cleanliness. Support cash register operations and assist other AutoZoners, including assuming full responsibility for the store in the manager's absence. * Assist the Store Manager in store operations; * Help develop new AutoZoners; * Deliver specialized customer service; * Maintain appropriate inventory control to promote sales and preserve store appearance; * Ensure processes and documentation related to sales, pricing, and physical inventory counts; * Assist less technically experienced colleagues in making accurate sales; * High school diploma or equivalent; * Experience in leadership and goal achievement; * Availability to work on weekends and holidays; * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is preferred; * Automotive industry knowledge is preferred.
