




Job Summary: The professional will provide specialized customer service, offering technical advice, sales support, and automotive repair assistance, as well as supporting store and team management. Inventory control and maintenance of store appearance Provide customer service by delivering reliable advice and excellent service to store customers, demonstrating extensive product knowledge and experience in automotive repair and testing, offering technical consultation when necessary, with a service-oriented attitude that exceeds customer expectations. In addition to performing sales, assist in product display management to ensure store appearance and cleanliness. Support cash register operations and assist other AutoZoners, including assuming responsibility for the store in the store manager's absence. * Assist the Store Manager in store operations; * Help develop new AutoZoners; * Deliver specialized customer service; * Maintain appropriate inventory control to promote sales and preserve store appearance; * Ensure processes and documentation related to sales, pricing, and physical inventory counts; * Assist less technically experienced employees in making accurate sales; * High school diploma or equivalent; * Experience in leadership and goal achievement; * Availability to work on weekends and holidays; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (basic level) preferred; * Automotive industry knowledge preferred.
