Plan and execute commercial activities and external visit schedules with managers and the sales team. Supervise store organization, merchandising strategies, and adherence to operational procedures. Manage administrative tasks for the unit (attendance, shift scheduling, vacations, medical certificates, and tax documents). Control financial routines, cash handling, and support market research. Support customer service, customer care centers (SAC), cashiers, and reactivation of inactive customers. Support and participate in recruitment, evaluation, and team development processes. Implement internal marketing initiatives and support people management. Ensure excellence in customer experience and customer retention. **Requirements:** Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree. Advanced Excel skills. Market knowledge or prior experience in the commercial sector. Availability to work flexible hours and a valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B).
