Provide technical and motivational support to sales representatives \#1159 \*POSITION\*: **COMMERCIAL SUPERVISOR** \*SALARY\*: R$4\.000 to R$8\.000 (negotiable) \+ commission \*WORK HOURS\*: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM \- Saturday, 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM \*WORK LOCATION\*: Vila Maria District – São Paulo (On-site) \*HIRING TYPE\*: CLT or PJ – to be agreed upon **\*RESPONSIBILITIES:\*** * Lead the sales team, ensuring achievement of commercial targets and execution of company-defined strategies. * Directly participate in planning, organizing, and monitoring departmental activities. * Provide technical and motivational support to sales representatives. * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and commercial results. * Develop action plans to achieve monthly and annual targets. * Conduct alignment meetings and training sessions with the team. * Monitor the sales funnel and support closing of strategic deals. * Identify market opportunities and propose expansion strategies. * Ensure excellence in customer service and purchasing experience. * Monitor competitors, pricing, and industry trends. **\*REQUIREMENTS:**\* * Proven experience in sales or commercial leadership. * Knowledge of CRM and commercial management tools. * Experience analyzing performance indicators and targets (KPIs). * Intermediate Office suite proficiency. * Skills in team management and performance monitoring. * Ability to develop and execute commercial strategies. * Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills. * Accessibility to Vila Maria District * Completed high school education \- \*Bachelor's or technical degree preferred Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Transportation Allowance
