Acts as the liaison between management and staff, maintaining the store’s quality and efficiency standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and guide the sales and customer service team. * Monitor performance indicators and propose improvement actions. * Ensure store organization, cleanliness, and product restocking. * Manage inventory and support inventory control activities. * Train and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and service quality standards. * Resolve conflicts and address customer requests promptly and courteously. * Ensure compliance with internal regulations and company policies.
