If you want to build a successful career in a company experiencing constant growth, then this is your place! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure commercial team development with strategic support; * Implement, create, and develop company products from a commercial perspective, aiming at sustainable financial revenue growth and development; * Build high-performance teams, understand the macro-market, and formulate optimal strategic plans for correct solution implementation; * CRM management for lead tracking and performance analysis; * Financial management of the client portfolio; * Strategic business management and analysis aimed at customer growth; * Management of states within the region; * Analyze customer scenarios to devise operational strategies; * Conduct periodic client visits for new business prospecting and support clients in improving sales performance through our solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree; * Experience as a commercial and/or account manager; * Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); * Availability for external work and travel (national); * Passion for what you do; * Commitment to deliverables; * Continuous pursuit of improvements and innovation. **Additional Information** * PJ contract; * Extended Amil health plan partnership — enrollment plan with service provider contribution; * Gympass; * Quarterly bonus; * Company vehicle; * Fuel allowance.
