Focus on sales and inventory control/store appearance Provide customer service by delivering reliable advice and excellent service to store customers, demonstrating extensive product knowledge and experience in automotive repair and testing, offering technical advisory support when required, with a service attitude that exceeds customer expectations. In addition to performing sales, assist in controlling product displays, ensuring store appearance and cleanliness. Support cash register operations and assist other AutoZoners, including assuming responsibility for the store in the manager's absence. * Assist the Store Manager in managing the store; * Help develop new AutoZoners; * Deliver specialized customer service; * Maintain appropriate inventory control to promote sales and sustain store appearance; * Ensure processes and documentation related to sales, pricing, and physical inventory counts; * Assist less technically experienced colleagues in making correct sales; * High school diploma or equivalent; * Leadership experience and goal achievement; * Availability to work on weekends and holidays; * Basic Office software proficiency preferred; * Automotive industry knowledge preferred.
