




Job Summary: Customer service focused on sales, automotive technical consulting, and operational support to the store and team, ensuring service excellence and environmental organization. Sales, inventory, and store appearance management Provide customer service by delivering reliable advice and excellent service to store customers, demonstrating broad product knowledge and experience in automotive repair and testing, offering technical consultation when necessary, with a service attitude that exceeds customer expectations. In addition to making sales, assist in managing product displays, ensuring store appearance and cleanliness. Support cash register operations and assist other AutoZoners, including assuming full responsibility for the store in the manager's absence. * Assist the Store Manager in store management; * Help develop new AutoZoners; * Deliver specialized customer service; * Maintain appropriate inventory control to promote sales and preserve store appearance; * Ensure processes and documentation related to sales, pricing, and physical inventory counts; * Assist less technically experienced colleagues in making accurate sales; * High school diploma or equivalent; * Experience in leadership and goal achievement; * Availability to work on weekends and holidays; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (basic level) is preferred; * Automotive industry knowledge is preferred.
