Focus on sales, inventory control, and workplace organization Provide customer service by delivering reliable advice and excellent service to store customers, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge and experience in automotive repair and testing, offering technical consultation when required, with a service-oriented attitude that exceeds customer expectations. In addition to performing sales, assist in product display control to ensure store appearance and cleanliness. Support cash register operations and assist other AutoZoners, including assuming full responsibility for the store in the manager’s absence. * Assist the Store Manager in store management; * Help develop new AutoZoners; * Deliver specialized customer service; * Maintain appropriate inventory control to promote sales and uphold store appearance; * Ensure processes and documentation related to sales, pricing, and physical inventory counts; * Assist less technically experienced colleagues in making correct sales; * High school diploma or equivalent; * Leadership experience and proven track record of goal achievement; * Availability to work on weekends and holidays; * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is desirable; * Automotive industry knowledge is desirable.
