Inventory control, sales, and maintenance of store appearance Provide customer service, delivering reliable advice and excellent service to store customers, demonstrating extensive product knowledge and experience in automotive repair and testing, offering technical consultation when necessary, with a service-oriented attitude that exceeds customer expectations. In addition to sales, assist in product display control, ensuring store appearance and cleanliness. Support cash register operations and assist other AutoZoners, including assuming responsibility for the store in the absence of the manager. * Assist the Store Manager in store management; * Help develop new AutoZoners; * Deliver specialized customer service; * Maintain appropriate inventory control, promote sales, and uphold store appearance; * Ensure processes and documentation related to sales, pricing, and physical inventory counts; * Assist less technically experienced colleagues in making correct sales; * High school diploma or equivalent; * Experience in leadership and goal achievement; * Availability to work on weekends and holidays; * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite preferred; * Automotive industry knowledge preferred.
