Lead, train, and develop the team The company is seeking a Store Manager in Campinas. **Responsibilities:** Manage store operations, ensuring compliance with company standards, processes, and procedures. Ensure achievement of sales targets through planning, performance indicator monitoring, and action plans. Control food cost, waste, inventory, and stocktaking; place purchase orders and manage replenishment. Analyze management reports, historical sales data, and store performance indicators. Guarantee product quality, proper food storage and preservation (shelf-life control, PVPS, and temperature control). Supervise store cleanliness, organization, equipment, and utensils. Lead, train, and develop the team, monitoring performance, productivity, and onboarding of new employees. Prepare staff schedules, manage working hours, and monitor team timekeeping. Ensure excellence in customer service and customer satisfaction. Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of store equipment. Previous experience as Sales Supervisor, Store Coordinator, Sales Manager, or Sales Team Leader may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree in progress.
