Experience in people and sales management * Manage the store's sales and operations team Ensure achievement of sales and profitability targets Perform inventory control and product restocking Customer service and issue resolution Analyze store performance indicators Implement marketing and sales strategies Previous experience as a store manager in a shopping mall Knowledge of the cosmetics market Leadership and team management skills Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields Sales techniques training course Inventory management knowledge * Be responsible for team training and development - Promote excellence in customer service and performance to achieve company goals - Monitor store organization, product restocking, and product display according to VM materials - Ensure compliance with company rules, policies, and standards - Manage work schedules, days off, vacations, and overtime - Participate in recruitment processes - CLT position: Fixed salary + commission.
