Performance indicator analysis and strategic actions **Working hours:** Monday to Saturday (flexible schedule) \| Fixed day off on Sundays **Salary:** R$2\.450,72 **Benefits:** Transportation allowance (provided via card) \+ Gympass \+ Meal allowance for holidays: fixed amount of R$60.00 \+ 40% trust position allowance (R$980.28\) \+ Birthday Day Off \+ Commission (Below target \= 0.90% \| Target 1 \= 1% \| Target 2 \= 1.15% \| Super Target \= 1.3%) **Responsibilities and duties:** Responsible for full store management, ensuring smooth administrative, commercial, and team operations, including store and cash register opening and closing. Handle goods receipt, inspection, and storage; manage and record invoices; send XML files; and monitor deliveries with carriers. Oversee people management, including recruitment and selection (R\&S), shift scheduling, vacation and attendance tracking, feedback delivery, and team development. Also conduct performance indicator analysis and monitoring (e.g., sales, targets, average transaction value, conversion rate, etc.), implementing strategic actions to achieve results. Additionally responsible for store organization, window displays, and visual merchandising, ensuring standardization and excellence in customer experience. **Education:** Completed High School **Experience and qualifications:** Prior experience as Store Manager (retail); Flexible availability regarding working hours.
