SOME OF THE RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for leading the team, hiring, training, and monitoring employee performance; ensuring team motivation among sales staff; achieving targets, providing customer service, organizing the store and window display; managing inventory; performing cash register closing; handling returns and after-sales service; supporting marketing initiatives and seasonal campaigns; ensuring store organization and smooth operations; submitting reports upon request; ensuring store organization and smooth operations; prior experience in management and leadership is required.
