Plan work schedules and assign tasks to the team. Monitor performance indicators such as sales, losses, and productivity. Ensure compliance with internal regulations, company policies, and store presentation standards. Train and develop the team, promoting skill enhancement and motivation. Previous experience as Sales Supervisor, Store Coordinator, Sales Manager, or Sales Team Leader may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
