Optimization of product exposure for sales Bookstore seeks a Store Coordinator in São Paulo (Bosque da Saúde). **Responsibilities:** Negotiate and control purchases, consignment, exchanges, and returns of merchandise from the department with suppliers. Negotiate and purchase products from departments according to the company's established policy. Inspect and verify all merchandise and purchase invoices. Price merchandise for system entry. Train and coordinate the store's sales staff on organization, task division, and execution. Develop sales strategies, monitor their implementation, and evaluate results to achieve targets. Evaluate and motivate the team, suggesting improvements. Perform sales associate duties when necessary, using a dedicated login for sales transactions. Process merchandise exchanges and returns according to internal policies. Monitor and assist in maintaining store organization (shelves, display windows, racks, cleanliness, crowd control), paying attention to product exposure to optimize sales. Participate in periodic and annual company inventory counts. Stay continuously updated on products and participate in training sessions. Prepare and issue reports to guide the manager. Attend meetings and implement decisions made therein. Open and close the store. Respond to manager requests. Perform tasks pertinent to Store Coordinator routines. Position located in São Paulo / SP. Previous experience as Sales Manager, Store Supervisor, Customer Service Coordinator, or Sales Team Leader may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
