Our purpose is to **provide quality of life and well-being through benefits solutions for companies and individuals**. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- * Lead and supervise the sales team (sales force comprising 3 employees), ensuring high performance and results orientation; * Receive, organize, and manage credentialing and distribution demands, ensuring agility and efficiency in processes; * Develop and implement commercial strategies, define targets, and create action plans focused on sales growth; * Monitor, analyze, and control KPIs and results, proposing continuous improvements and corrective actions; * Prepare work plans aligned with business demands, ensuring strategic execution and achievement of objectives; * Conduct active client prospecting, external visits, and scheduling of commercial meetings. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience in the commercial area, with a focus on targets and results; * Experience in leadership and team management; * Experience in active client prospecting via telephone and external visits; * Intermediate knowledge of Excel; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Commercial Management, Business Administration, or related fields; * Assertive communication skills, negotiation profile, and excellent interpersonal relationships; * Knowledge of meal and food cards is a plus. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM **Compensation:** Salary: **R$ 5,000.00 + commission** **Benefits:** * Fuel allowance or transportation voucher * Meal allowance: R$ 257.80/month * Meal voucher: R$ 29.34/day * Green Card Multi: R$ 60.00/month * Group life insurance * Hospital and dental health plan **ENCHANT PEOPLE** **Our purpose is to provide quality of life and well-being through benefits solutions for companies and individuals.** We are a company specialized in benefits solutions, combining benefits expertise with passion for people since 1989.
