Promotion of continuous improvement in processes A company specializing in the commercialization of sustainable energy is seeking a Sales Supervisor in Sorriso (Centro). **Responsibilities:** Lead, train, and develop an external door-to-door (PAP) sales team for sustainable energy, ensuring delivery of commercial targets with emphasis on performance, excellence in customer service, and an owner’s mindset. Work directly in the field with the team, monitoring KPIs, implementing routines, and promoting continuous process improvement. Position located in Sorriso / MT. Previous experience as Sales Manager, Sales Coordinator, Sales Leader, or Commercial Supervisor may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this role. Bachelor’s degree required.
