Bonus: Experience as a real estate commercial leader You will work in the Commercial department as a Store Manager, responsible for day-to-day people management—recruiting, training, and continuously developing your team—as well as administrative management of the sales point, maintaining infrastructure and controlling expenses. Key responsibilities include: * Supporting periodic team meetings; * Supporting media development; * Supporting sales negotiations with customers; * Participating in sales team productivity analysis; * Participating in training programs to enhance the sales team; * Organizing and promoting the sales team’s daily routine; * Coordinating and monitoring contract workflows.
