**About Us:** We are MTO, the company responsible for managing the O Matuto Fogo \& Mar and O Matuto Expressa units. Currently, we manage 19 units across the state — including 4 Fogo \& Mar locations in Campinas and 15 Expressa units distributed throughout the region and capital. MTO is passionate about great food and motivated to deliver and share wonderful moments! **Position: Manager II** **Location: O Matuto Expressa \- Shopping Internacional Guarulhos** **Your daily menu:** Manage staff during your shift and build the weekly work schedule while maintaining team organization; supervise staff to ensure all are properly uniformed, without adornments, with trimmed beards and short nails; ensure achievement of purchasing targets and minimum stock levels at the store. Submit purchase requests for kitchen utensils, uniforms, and PPE; verify completion of all store checklists (cleaning, receiving, temperature, meat waste). Inspect food production (visually, by tasting, and through monitoring) to confirm adherence to standard recipes. Ensure synchronization among dish assembly, meat preparation, parmegiana preparation, and optional item preparation, guaranteeing that all orders are released complete; release dishes between 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM at the service area (monitor quality, timing, plating, and presentation of items on the plate); verify cash drawer balance and perform closing procedures (make bank deposits, verify and seal deposit envelopes, and sign all cash withdrawals). Supervise cleaning activities to ensure they are carried out properly. **Ingredients we seek:** Availability to work from 3:00 PM to 11:20 PM.
