Talent development and quality assurance Compensation: R$5\.000,00 per month Job Description: Position: Restaurant Manager Location: Juazeiro do Norte/CE Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off (1 fixed weekly day off \+ 1 Sunday per month) We are looking for a Restaurant Manager with practical leadership experience, strong presence in the dining room, and a focus on results. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational organization, meeting sales targets, maintaining service standards, and fostering integration among dining room, kitchen, and bar—serving as the shift supervisor. Main Responsibilities: Lead the service team; organize opening and closing routines; monitor sales targets and performance indicators; train and develop staff; manage work schedules; and ensure quality and service standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields (or high school diploma with substantial relevant experience). Proven experience in operational restaurant leadership. Flexibility regarding working hours. Working Hours: Morning shift: 11:00 AM–2:00 PM (mandatory presence during peak lunch hours). Afternoon break. Night shift: 6:00 PM–11:00 PM (dining room closing). Kitchen operations conclude at 11:30 PM; supervision may be required until operations fully end. Compensation: Fixed monthly salary of R$ 5\.000,00 \+ monthly bonus. Benefits: On-site meals, optional health insurance plan (by enrollment), birthday day off.
