Development and monitoring of commercial action plans A financial institution is seeking a Regional Manager in São Paulo. **Responsibilities:** Directly lead and develop commercial supervisors (8–9 leaders), ensuring goal alignment, management routines, and leadership development. Indirectly manage a field team of 80 to 100 Sales Consultants/Executives. Hire new consultants. Develop and monitor commercial action plans to deliver business results. Conduct individual and collective feedback sessions with supervisors. Build individual development plans (IDPs) for team leaders. Monitor and analyze commercial performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions on deviations. Deliver training and refresher courses for the commercial team. Frequently travel across the region for field supervision and team support. Previous experience as Regional Director, Regional Coordinator, Regional Sales Manager, or Regional Supervisor may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
