Plan and supervise the implementation and deployment of quality management systems. Carry out factory adaptations, employee awareness initiatives, and training programs. Monitor and ensure compliance with the quality-related prerequisite program. Supervise operations in the syrup production area. Ensure full compliance with all applicable legal requirements.
