Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives As a Quality Manager at SANY, you will be responsible for implementing and managing the factory's quality system, ensuring compliance with international standards and regulations. You will oversee the structuring and certification of the ISO 9001 system, as well as ensure quality control and continuous improvement across manufacturing processes. **If you want to transform the world through quality, innovation, and excellence, join us!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Implement and manage the factory's quality management system, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and regulations; * Lead the ISO 9001 structuring and certification process, including documentation preparation, audits, and necessary adjustments; * Establish and monitor quality control processes in manufacturing to ensure product conformity; * Develop and track quality indicators, proposing corrective and preventive actions when required; * Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements; * Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to promote continuous process improvement; * Lead non-conformance prevention initiatives and quality improvement for products and processes; * Support the dissemination of quality culture across the factory through training and team guidance. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management, or related fields; * Experience in quality management within industrial or manufacturing environments; * Solid knowledge of quality management systems and ISO 9001 certification; * Experience conducting internal and external audits, quality control, and continuous improvement; * Experience in implementing or structuring quality systems in factories is considered a plus; * Advanced English proficiency; * Analytical, organized profile with leadership capability and focus on continuous improvement. **Additional Information** You will enjoy the following benefits: * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Life Insurance * Meal Voucher * Transportation Benefit * Payroll-Deductible Loan * Birthday Month Ticket Founded in 1989 in Changsha, China, SANY Group is dedicated to manufacturing heavy machinery, with core products including construction equipment, road paving machinery, excavation machinery, reach stackers, cranes, port machinery, and mining equipment.
