Employment type: PJ **Desired profile:** We are seeking an End-to-End Project Manager to collaborate closely with other client departments, such as Sales, Customer Care, and Cybersecurity. Responsibilities include: - Managing onboarding projects for new clients and operational delivery of cybersecurity services - End-to-end process monitoring, KPI tracking, penalty calculation (if applicable), and SLA management. - Supporting the client in strategic discussions related to the contract, additional requests, and escalations. - Identifying, monitoring, and managing risks, issues, and escalations. - Managing projects from inception to completion, including scope, cost, and schedule. - Facilitating change management as required. - Participation in weekly/monthly/quarterly operational and strategic meetings. **Requirements:** Previous experience in the same or similar role: 8+ years. Creation of reports/dashboards and presentations using PowerPoint, Excel, etc. User-level knowledge of MS Teams. Advanced English proficiency (speaking, writing, and reading). Service management and delivery capability with minimal supervision (senior-level profile). **Desirable:** Experience in IT projects (preferred). Project Management certification (PMI).
