To act as a team leader and reference in pharmaceutical best practices, promoting the rational use of medicines, customer satisfaction, and achievement of commercial goals with ethics, quality, and humanization. Main Responsibilities Ensure correct dispensing of medicines in compliance with sanitary, ethical, and legal regulations. Provide pharmaceutical care, promoting the rational use of medicines and patient safety. Maintain and update regulatory documentation with ANVISA, CRF, and Health Surveillance authorities. Supervise accurate and timely recording and submission of movements to the National System for Monitoring Controlled Products (SNGPC). Ensure implementation and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to the pharmaceutical area. Monitor product expiration control, storage, traceability, losses, and deviations. Supervise receipt, inspection, storage, preservation, and disposal of pharmaceutical products. Conduct technical training focused on best practices for dispensing, storage, and customer service. Strategically position products with the nearest expiration dates and promote them ethically. Process online sales orders promptly and attentively. Offer product pre-order services for items not currently available. Perform mandatory inventory counts and participate in physical inventories to monitor sales. Implement and monitor compliance with sanitary regulations, occupational safety standards, and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage. Deliver humanized pharmaceutical care, advising on safe medication use and potential adverse reactions. Participate in pharmacovigilance programs and report adverse events. Support the commercial area in customer service, health campaigns, promotional activities, and loyalty programs. Ensure proper functioning of computerized systems related to pharmaceutical management. Represent the pharmacy unit before regulatory agencies, technical audits, and Health Surveillance inspections. Audit the unit’s financial records to ensure compliance with internal procedures, and perform financial recordkeeping when required. Act as a technical reference for the team, reinforcing ethics, responsibility, and excellence in health care delivery. Suggest alternative products, conduct telesales, and support post-sales and customer retention. Maintain company assets, identifying maintenance needs and requesting repairs. Support management by reporting problems and irregularities related to the area of operation. Attend trainings and meetings as scheduled by the company. Carry out other related duties as directed by management. ✅ What We Expect From You (Job Requirements) Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with active registration at the Regional Council of Pharmacy (CRF) Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a responsible pharmacist or in technical leadership roles within pharmacies. Experience as a manager or coordinator in pharmacy chains, with focus on operations, customer service, and unit performance (desirable).
