This role is designed to lead, structure, and scale the operations of a growing industrial company with facilities in Campinas and Itacoatiara. You will be the key person responsible for ensuring on-time delivery, quality, cost control, and operational discipline—connecting operations, commercial, finance, and HR functions. * Manage teams, processes, and routines across Procurement, Logistics, Perfumery, Quality Control, and Production. * Ensure SLA compliance, quality standards, and efficiency targets. * Monitor KPIs, anticipate bottlenecks, and resolve day-to-day issues. * Optimize workflows, routines, and work instructions to enhance productivity and reduce costs. * Develop mid-level leadership and reinforce operational discipline. * Control departmental budget and support strategic decisions with operational insights. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audits. Requirements**Mandatory Requirements:** * Solid experience in industrial operations management at managerial level. * Prior experience across multiple areas: Procurement, Logistics, Quality, and Production. * Completed undergraduate degree. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office for data and KPI analysis. * English proficiency sufficient for professional reading and interaction. * Hands-on, results-oriented profile with strong sense of urgency. * Experience in leadership development and managing on-site teams. * Availability for on-site work and frequent interface with Campinas and Itacoatiara. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in fragrance, flavor, cosmetics, or related industries. * Proven track record in continuous improvement projects and cost reduction initiatives. * Experience implementing or revising processes, SLAs, and operational KPIs.
