The company is seeking an Operational Manager in Bragança Paulista. **Responsibilities:** Manage projects and construction, coordinating schedules, suppliers, and field teams to ensure the company's quality standards. Act as a commercial interface, supporting the closing of major accounts, preparing technical budgets, and maintaining relationships with strategic customers. Identify bottlenecks in logistics and assembly operations, proposing improvements to reduce costs and timelines. Provide leadership to direct and outsourced teams, serving as a technical and behavioral reference on a daily basis. Previous experience as Operations Director, Operations Coordinator, Operations Supervisor, or Process Manager may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
