We currently have this position open at our fuel-sector company, FAN Postos. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Daily completion of the Fuel Movement Book (LMC). * Monthly submission of purchase orders. * Preparation of the daily report on volume, sales, and visit targets. * Issuing preventive and corrective maintenance service requests. * Maintaining up-to-date attendance records. * Prospecting and acquiring new customers through visits and negotiations. * Managing customer relationships by analyzing consumption patterns and fostering loyalty. * Analyzing the local market and competition, proposing actions to increase sales. * Presenting monthly results to leadership, along with action plans. * Team management: scheduling, hiring, and terminations. * Monitoring customer service and forecourt organization. * Supervising cash closing and financial processes. * Performing administrative routines and controlling the LMC. * Managing fuel and product procurement, optimizing orders. * Ensuring quality and accurate measurement during fuel receipt. * Managing product inventory, conducting verifications to prevent losses. * Supervising preventive and corrective equipment maintenance. * Participating in team recruitment and selection. * Ensuring cleanliness, organization, and safety standards at the station. **REQUIREMENTS**: * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields; ongoing studies accepted * Minimum 3 years of experience in the field, including people and/or project leadership **Company:** FAN Postos **Location:** Mossoró/RN
