




**Know Your Mission:** * Supervises and plans daily demand according to the established delivery schedule. Conducts meticulous control through the detailed visibility dashboard, ensuring execution of all order stages—including picking, checking, invoicing, transshipment, loading, route planning, proper order closure, and accurate recording of reasons for any delivery failures; * In cases of stockouts, closely monitors departmental management, including consideration of offering similar products or confirming the stockout, aiming to ensure dispatch occurs on the agreed delivery date; * Ensures the flow of same-day immediate pickup demand, identifying opportunities to improve productivity and quality. Also monitors orders with expired pickup deadlines, taking necessary actions—such as contacting the customer or canceling the order; * Maintains daily interaction with the control tower and holds monthly meetings, evaluating incidents and supporting the logistics administration team under close supervision by the manager; * Supervises the ADM team, ensuring that all scheduled deliveries for the day have a Transport Document (DT). In cases where this document is missing, acts directly with the carrier to ensure route planning is completed, safeguarding our OTIF (On-Time In-Full) indicator; * Uses the route planning dashboard to extract relevant information supporting decision-making, anticipating potential issues flagged in customer complaints and accelerating solutions; * Continuously seeks greater agility and efficiency in resolving stockout cases, applying careful analysis and making assertive decisions with relative autonomy; * Identifies operational bottlenecks and organizes the team according to peak demand periods, ensuring order picking time and customer dwell time align with company-established guidelines; * Demonstrates skill in analyzing reports, proposing actions aimed at improving existing processes and achieving desired results; * Supports the Logistics Operations Manager in selecting, hiring, motivating, developing, and retaining staff based on evaluation and departmental needs; * Continuously seeks improvement opportunities, anticipates problems, and contributes appropriate solutions; * Collaborates with the manager in preparing reports focused on increasing productivity and achieving departmental goals; * Becomes a reference for the team by sharing departmental metrics and meeting established targets; * Guides team members on the daily management plan and supervises activity execution. Monitors inventory control—including slotting, position storage, and physical inventories; * Ensures proper use and maintenance of tools available to teams (strapping machines, label printers, data collectors, forklifts, pallet jacks, radios, printers, computers, etc); * Guarantees effectiveness of all inventory management processes—both cycle counts and full inventories. Monitors execution of movement, transit, slotting, and negative inventory processes, promoting a culture of correct slotting; * Ensures compliance with the stockout procedure and maintains constant vigilance over system stock deficiency monitoring, preparing weekly reports on this topic. Assists in training and development of staff (store and logistics) regarding resource usage and adherence to material handling and storage processes; * Plays a central role in anti-shrinkage efforts and delivers in-depth reports during briefing meetings; serves as a model of effectiveness in counter-power and adoption of best practices; * Guides team members on the daily operations plan, collaborates in loss prevention, safeguards quality and preservation of merchandise inventory, oversees the logistics yard, and directs the team to keep it consistently clean and organized; * Ensures all goods are checked and in perfect condition. Monitors return collection according to established commercial agreements, guiding the team toward better communication and process adherence; * Instructs the team to report any discrepancies in product master data to the registration support team, preventing inventory errors.
