




Job Summary: Responsible for customer service, registration, patient guidance, and biological sample collection, ensuring quality and smooth laboratory operations. Key Highlights: 1. Operational routine support and laboratory organization Responsible for front-desk customer service, system registration, patient preparation instructions, and biological sample collection. Provides service via communication channels such as telephone and WhatsApp, as well as supporting laboratory operational routines, organization, efficiency, and quality in service delivery and processes. All activities listed are performed under supervision to contribute to optimal laboratory operation. Detailed Job Responsibilities: * Perform registration, in-person and remote customer service, telephone support, and patient report delivery according to internal policies and procedures, with primary focus on customer satisfaction; * Guide patients on exam preparation according to ICCs; * Provide instructions regarding appointment scheduling and health insurance coverage; * Conduct triage procedures when trained; * Promote and sell laboratory products/services (e.g., tests, vaccines, electrocardiograms); * Collect biological samples in compliance with current regulations and internal procedures; * Restock collection supplies and maintain an organized and clean workstation during daily operations; * Handle regulated health care waste (RSS) per the PGRSS; * Perform financial duties relevant to the role when trained (e.g., cash register closing, issuance of invoices); * Place inventory supply orders; * Participate in periodic training and updates related to the role; * Adhere to the biosafety manual, as well as internal codes of ethics and conduct, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction; * Use company-provided resources appropriately to avoid waste; * Contribute to unit organization and cleanliness, maintaining hygienic and orderly conditions (collection rooms, workstations, furniture, and general-use materials).
